Once an order has been confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
Please contact us as quickly as possible at hello@ramlabody.com and include your order number with the correct address. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to catch it before it ships. If the order has been shipped already, you will need to contact AusPost to arrange a redirection.
Once an order has been processed and confirmed you can longer add or remove items. A new order will have to be made.
First, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email, meaning your parcel has been shipped and is on it's way! This email may be followed by emails from our shipping subsidiaries, who will notify you as the parcel moves closer and closer to its destination.
